The majority of Walks & Talks on offer start and finish in Grasmere (‘The loveliest spot that man ‘hath found) and are low-level offering an amazing introduction to fell walking. For those with more experience, further challenges can be catered for, but for us the summit of Helvellyn and the sight of Catstye Cam and Striding Edge with Red Tarn glistening below is a sight not to be missed and within most people’s abilities.
