Grassing report April 12:
Three times as many seniors started as there was on the first of. April and the result
,five ticketing hounds from the first trail but not in the same order, huntsman’s que from sixth to first from Best Mate just in front of Eagle Rock.
The pups and the Laal red ‘ un from Patterdale Huntsman’s Rebel showed a clean pair of heels to the rest of the field ,led by Busy Again and Rex the Rocket.
The final event on a wet night was a win and the final leg of a Huntsman’s treble for Huntsman’s Nimrod , clear of Spendid Mickey.

There was years ago fell hounds and field and dyke hounds and never the Twain shall meet ,times have changed
