Report. 103 hounds ran on a cool but dry Wednesday evening at Cold Fell. The senior trail ,and here Celtic Malone ,having led down the fell with Overwater Arnie in second, ran out a three length victory over Marli with ‘ Grace’ and ‘Arnie’ close in third and fourth..
In the juniors Huntsman’s Kraca took the lead in the championship, with her thirteenth victory, when she got the better of Daisy Dream in a neck and neck finish,Three lengths back in third was Bracelet, coming back to form, after she and her owner’s lay off.
In the maidens Layla completed her open maiden status with an emphatic win over Bedazzled and Miterdale Force.
